The World's Game

It's that time. Every 4 years something magical happens around the world. It's a time where 32 country teams come together to rage in the same language. I'm referring to the World Cup!

This is the world's game (Soccer, Futbol, etc.) where all the best players play for their country. This is not the Olympics. This is FIFA. 208 member associations and 32 make it to the World Cup. Team USA plays England June 12! That, my friends, is a Saturday mornng. Rock n Roll! This means we don't have to watch our first game at 3 am in the dark on Wed. Instead, we can day drink with our friends and send all of our good juju to South Africa.

If you're in Fremont, George & the Dragon will surely be crackin. Spitfire is also a good stop downtown. All Nations Sports Bar will be a good spot up North.
